The Account Manager is responsible for accurately, quickly and efficiently executing all of the accounts for assigned clients by directing, supervising, guiding and managing the activities of the accounts division; and thus acquiring and maintaining the trust of the clients.


– Provide effective service to all clients assigned and manage each account (client) professionally and profitably.
– Be on the alert to problems and opportunities, both for the agency and clients.
– Manage Account Executives assigned to ensure that they service clients professionally and speedily.
– Evaluate the relationship between Account Executives and clients and other agency personnel, train and counsel them when necessary.
– Recommend and implement cost control measures.
– Check on work done by creative, media, studio, print shop and production before presenting to clients and ensure that Account Executives/ Supervisors do likewise.
– Stimulate creative, media and other personnel to do their best for clients through praise, objective evaluation, constructive criticism, realistic deadlines, etc.
– Self-develop to stay up-to-date on business and related developments and providing feedback.
– Perform tasks as delegated by the Account Director
– Perform other duties if required

Job requirements

– At least 2 years of working experience in the field of branding building, advertising or media, 1 year in the same position
– Good planning and have sense of marketing
– Good client service skills
– Good presentation skills
– An excellent people person with strong interpersonal skills
– Decision making ability and sense of judgment
– Flexible, high independent and able to handle pressure
– Good team-work player with sense of responsibility
– Good command of Words, Excel, Power point
– Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
